Das Telegramm der Brünner Zentralhilfsstelle für Flüchtlinge richtet sich an den tschechoslowakischen Ministerpräsidenten mit der Bitte um Hilfe für 19 österreichische Flüchtlinge, die im Juli 1938 in der Gegend um Znaim (Znojmo) ohne Papiere über die Grenze gekommen waren. Die Flüchtlinge wurden einen Tag später von der Polizei wieder an die österreichische Grenze gestellt. Eine Frau aus der Gruppe brach zusammen und blieb zur medizinischen Versorgung vorerst in der ČSR.
